Reservations that belong to you.

Floor plan, service app and online booking in one system. No commission per guest, and no marketplace passing your regulars to the restaurant next door.

The sum nobody does

What does a marketplace really cost you?

Marketplaces bill per guest they send. The better your room does, the more the software costs. Put your own numbers in.

300

Only the guests who arrive through the marketplace, not your total covers.

€ per guest

Quandoo charges €3.50 per guest it sends. OpenTable charges $1.00 to $1.50 depending on the plan.

Marketplace commission

€1,050

per month, on top of the base fee

Tessera Reservations

€59

flat, whatever your occupancy

What you keep

€11,892

a year. That is €991 a month staying in the house.

Talk about switching

Illustrative, based on publicly published provider pricing as of August 2026. Your own rate may differ. The marketplace base fee is not included.

What it does

A reservation system that knows the evening.

Built alongside a restaurant that told us every week what was actually missing on the floor.

The guest books direct

The form sits on your own website and in your Google profile. No stop along the way where three other restaurants get suggested next to yours.

  • Live availability, counted in covers rather than guessed
  • Booking hours per weekday, with several sittings a day
  • Turn time by party size, because two people do not hold a table like six
  • Auto-confirm, or accept and decline with one click from the email
  • Close or narrow a single date without changing the rule for everyone
  • Inside or outside as a guest wish the floor plan understands

The floor sees the room

A drawn plan per room, coloured live. Whoever is at the pass can see in two seconds what is free and what is about to be.

  • Round or square tables, with chairs, walls, doors, bar and toilets
  • Live colours: free, reserved, arriving, occupied, overdue
  • Reseat by dragging, across rooms as well as within one
  • An occupancy timeline that shows the gaps, not just the bookings
  • Walk-ins in two taps, shifts, markers like VIP or call back
  • Tablet app for staff, with its own roles and no app store
Only here

Google sends the guests

We write your reservation link straight into your Google Business Profile and mark it as the preferred one. That takes the preference off your old provider, whose link often sits there for years.

  • The reserve button on Google points at you, not at a marketplace
  • An old provider's link loses its preferred status
  • The published link stays the same even if you change system later
  • Opening hours, posts and reviews run through the same profile

The floor plan

This is what your evening looks like.

Three views of the same service: the room, the time, and the tablet in your hand.

Every room gets its own plan. Chairs follow the seat count, so a four-top looks different from a six-top without reading either label.

Quandoo is shutting down

Switching takes a morning.

Quandoo announced in March 2026 that it is winding down in stages. Waiting costs you more than the system: it costs you the reservation link on your own Google profile.

September 30, 2026Last day Quandoo accepts new reservations
December 31, 2026The platform goes offline for good

  1. 1

Save the guest list and open bookings

Pull your existing reservations and guest data out of the old system. We tell you exactly which fields we need and load them for you.

  2. 2

    Set up rooms and tables

We create your rooms, draw the tables with their seats, and enter your booking hours, turn times and capacities. Usually one session of 30 to 60 minutes.

  3. 3

Move the link and go live

We put the new reservation link on your website and publish it to your Google profile as the preferred one. From that moment every booking lands with you.

Start the switch

Compared honestly.

Two kinds of competitor: the marketplace that bills per head, and the booking tool that only books.

More than reservations

The table is a step, not the destination.

Reservations, website, Google profile and reviews live in one system behind one login. What gets booked depends on how you are found.

Step 1

Get found

Website, Google profile and listings are kept current so your restaurant shows up in the search at all.

Step 2

Book direct

The guest reserves on your own page or straight from the Google profile, with no detour through a marketplace.

Step 3

Get looked after

The floor sees the plan, the shift, and every note you took on the phone.

Step 4

Leave a review

Reviews land in the same inbox, get answered, and pull the next guests in behind them.

A reservation tool manages demand. Adding the visibility around it creates demand.
